Dear collectors,
the Christmas season is approaching, and with it, the adjustment of processing and shipping orders from your favorite online store with collector's supplies and items Nunofi.sk.
We will process received orders continuously, but we ask for your patience. Due to the upcoming holidays and days off, delivery may be delayed compared to the usual period. In the upcoming period, we will process and handle your orders and inquiries as follows:
- orders received by 19.12.2025 by 10:00 AM in the morning will be shipped no later than 19.10.2025. This day is also the last day of dispatch when courier companies will still be able to deliver packages before Christmas (however, we cannot guarantee this from our side).
The pick-up days for personal collection are as follows: (the readiness of the goods for a personal appointment will be confirmed by us with an additional electronic message):
- 22.12.2025 personal collection in standard mode (from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
- 23.12.2025 personal collection in standard mode (from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
- orders received by 23.12.2025 by 10:00 AM in the morning, we will try to prepare for personal collection on the same day
- During the inter-holiday period, the pick-up days will be 29.12. and 30.12.2025 (from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
From 31.12.2025 to 6.1.2026, orders will be processed gradually with a time delay from 7.1.2026 due to vacation and closed operations.
From 7 January 2026 we are fully available to you as usual.
