It is an inverted overprint of an Austrian stamp from 1919 ("Pošta Československá 1919") on ribbed paper of type II, which, according to philatelists, has survived in only one copy. This single unused piece is insured for ten million Czech crowns and is owned by Ludvík Pytlíček. The certificate contains a gold-printed copy of this stamp in actual size.
