Slovak Numismatic Catalog of Coins of the Austrian Empire and Austria-Hungary 1835-1918. This catalog aims to create the most logical arrangement of coins, which will allow the collector easier orientation when assembling a collection and facilitate collecting in a phased manner, which is probably the best way to assemble a collection of coins from the discussed period that will be valuable throughout the entire time of creating the collection. Collecting older coins brings certain specifics with which the collector should familiarize themselves when collecting such coins. Therefore, the introductory part of the catalog contains several pages of information about historical and monetary development and also about assessing and marking the quality of coins. In terms of internal structure, the catalog is divided into five basic parts: coins of Ferdinand I, coins of the revolutionary period 1848/1849, coins of Franz Joseph I, coins of Charles I, and a list of trial and other strikes 1835-1918. The largest part of the catalog is occupied by the coins of Franz Joseph I. The items in the catalog are further subdivided according to the individual monetary systems and territories for which they were intended, given their abundance.
