Leopold II (1790-1792)

Leopold II was a Habsburg ruler who reigned as the Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire from 1790 to 1792. Previously, he was the Grand Duke of Tuscany and continued the Enlightenment reforms of his brother Joseph II. He sought to calm the political situation in the monarchy and ease tensions following the outbreak of the French Revolution.
