Postage stamps Sweden

The Kingdom of Sweden is a Nordic country in Scandinavia. Postage stamps were introduced in this country in 1855 and depicted coats of arms and numerical values, establishing a tradition that continues for low values to this day. In 1961, Sweden began issuing an annual series featuring Nobel Prize laureates.
