Monnaie de Paris commemorates the 75th anniversary of the film Alice in Wonderland produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios in 2026.

The 1951 film adaptation of Lewis Carroll's novels tells the story of Alice, who follows the White Rabbit, falls down the rabbit hole, and finds herself in Wonderland – a peculiar world inhabited by extraordinary creatures. During this adventure, Alice encounters a talking doorknob, the brothers Tweedledee and Tweedledum, a caterpillar, as well as the Mad Hatter and March Hare, who are celebrating an "un-birthday." Her journey, which becomes increasingly absurd and chaotic, culminates in a confrontation with the Queen of Hearts and her army of playing cards, ultimately proving to be just a dream from which Alice awakens in the real world.
