Specification:
The Czechoslovak Republic was declared in Prague on October 28, 1918. The Slovaks joined it two days later, on October 30, 1918, at the founding assembly of the newly formed Slovak National Council in Martin. The creation of the Czechoslovak Republic was due to the activities of representatives of both foreign and domestic resistance in the Czech lands and Slovakia during World War I. Credit is especially due to Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, who became its first president, and his two main collaborators Milan Rastislav Štefánik and Edvard Beneš. The establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic is one of the most significant milestones in the historical development of Slovakia. After decades of restrictions in Hungary, Slovaks gained space for full-fledged and comprehensive national development, which allowed them to definitively form into a modern European nation.

Obverse side:
On the obverse of the coin is depicted the medium state emblem of the Czechoslovak Republic. In the foreground to the left of it is the state emblem of the Slovak Republic and to the right the denomination of the coin 10 EURO. At the top of the coin field is the name of the state SLOVAKIA. Above it is the year 2018. The mark of the Kremnica Mint, consisting of the abbreviation MK placed between two dies and the stylized initials of the author of the coin's artistic design acad. sculptor Zbyněk Fojtů ZF are at the bottom of the coin field.

Reverse side:
On the reverse of the coin is depicted a map of the Czechoslovak Republic. Below it is the legionary emblem used by the Czechoslovak legions during the First World War, which is complemented on both sides by linden branches. Above the map, the date 28. OCTOBER 1918 is given in two lines. At the edge of the coin is the inscription THE FOUNDING OF THE CZECHOSLOVAK REPUBLIC.
